InkMouth is Pat Richardson from Northport, NY. He recorded a three song record with Danny DiPasquale (from the rock group For Serious This Time, also from Northport). Hopefully he will leave the state to tour sometime because he writes songs that are at times genuinely lonely.

Additionally, the band Palmkite should be included in this discussion.

New Boxelders EP

Be Fine by Boxelders

Boxelders came out with this EP late last summer. The overall vibe of the record is "melancholic indie-folk w/ moments of virtuoso keyboard playing." You can buy it from the 'iTunes' link on their 'Soundcloud.'

They are playing the second weekend in October at an Ethiopian restaurant in DC as part of a music festival where the gimmick is that all the shows are in Ethiopian restaurants.

Magic Missile is coming out with some new songs in the next few weeks, and Eat People is back together and thinking about finally putting out an LP sometime in the future so keep checking in in you're interested in that kinda stuff.

Marathon Girl CDR download/Vinyl Updates

The new Marathon Girl CD-R has now been posted in the download section. You can get a physical copy at one of their shows and you should because they all look different and they all look great. Expect Marathon Girl's full length on vinyl sometime next year.
